If you are a account manager, then you can view all the profiles sourced by the sourcing executive and can forward to any of the validating executive based on the requirement.
Only account manager can delete the profiles sourced by the sourcing executive.
Account manager can also hold the profile if the job openings goes hold from client side and release the profile (un hold) whenever your clients says "Go Ahead".
You can view the processed or shortlisted profile by the validating executive and process to client after the successful verification from you.
You can also previously processed profiles based on the date
