Following are the service charges towards placement of Candidates.

·         0 - 4 years – 8.33% of the annual CTC offered to the candidates by Employer for candidates selected through Recruiting Agency.

·         5 – 7 years – 10% of the annual CTC offered to the candidates by EMPLOYER for candidates selected through Recruiting Agency.

·         8 – 10 years – 12.50% of the annual CTC offered to the candidates by Employer for candidates selected through Recruiting Agency.

·         Search Assignments (Above 10 yrs & Senior Level Hiring) – 16.67% of the annual CTC offered to the candidates by EMPLOYER for candidates selected through Recruiting Agency.

In addition to this Service Tax as applicable (on bill amount made mandatory by the Central Excise Authorities) and all payments will be subject to TDS, if applicable for which the TDS Certificate will be issued
